'Back' to basics,

17 super sets of machine assisted pull ups & incline barbell rows (resp emphasis on the stretch & contraction, 6 reps)

It was closing time, so I had no time left for a drop down set, but it was a good workout.

crunch SS leg raises on mat. Cardio crosser 30 mins. decided to do back today.

warm up : leg extensions SS leg curls 3 sets

Squats 4 sets
BB Hack squats 4 sets
Front squats 4 sets
Seated Barbell calf raises 5 sets( Oldie but Goldie)

Abs: seated knee tucks sideways on bench for abs 3 sets.

yeah..I've been for few months doing bi's with delts world of difference..

Yes the concentration is better on the Bis. Tomorrow i think i will concentrate on curl grip chins and preacher curls for my Bis. Maybe switch it around doing weighted negatives on the chins and then Preacher curls.
