That is a bad ass setup. You must have a shitload of time and labor into that, it shows. How will you aireate the water in the pond, from below? How will you contain the frogs from jumping out and getting ran over? ;)

there are many absolute top 1% courses in the world with trains running basically right through them

aerating the pond is peanuts, no problem there. Good call on the frogs though, probably switch to turtles

Do you buy the little figurines to put on the train set? I did security at a model train convention several years ago and it was cool to check out all of what goes into them. However I remember some of the people to be jerks.

Im a jerk to most people so I qualify
I do not put any figurines. My happiness is in the scenery, the greenery, trees, mountains, lakes etc. My layout will be devoid of humans, kind of like my life.
