« Last post by BigRo on Today at 11:40:14 PM »Well I did not kill it not every workout has to be the greatest ever sometimes just getting a workout is enough. This was my first training session since winning the Charlotte Cup so I took a full week off.
Some shoulder mobility work

Flat Bench Press

That is it that is all I did I know not a brutal workout but it was a workout
I also started counting my calories and macros again today not dieting just regular eating may adjust as I go forward but this is a baseline.
414g carbs
161g fat
216g protein
4011 calories
When do you ever do a brutal workout? You just do a little bit of this or that with 5 minute breaks between sets. And what benefit is there in calorie counting the garbage you eat? You won class D or something in over 40's "classic" physique catagory you didnt win the Charlotte Cup.

And Mentzer no less. LOL. This guy made a career of whining about losing. Pissed and moaned when he lost to Szkalak, pissed and moaned when he lost to Zane. Had one of the all time greatest meltdowns in history when he threw a 20 year temper tantrum after 80.
Zane = sore loser. Whenever he won it was proof of how great he was. Whenever he lost it was because the judges were corrupt. Whined about losing to Pearl, Arnold, Dickerson etc.
Your explanation is worthless.
I trust Samir Bannout, Boyer Coe, and Frank Zane.

Guy is nearly 50 and seemingly untouched by the Palumboism and Norwood reapers. I hope his son will stay natty, but I have my doubts. He is being tempted being around all these roid beasts. But in this day and age he can make it without gear, there are some twink youtubers who made it just on good looks and networking like jessy james. Roelly Junior can also do that if he leverages roelly's network.

I went to the mechanic before the gym (BIG MISTAKE) once there friends immediately send a "Bat Boy" to go get a 24 pk of beers... called everyone ...a friend go there in 20 mins with a box of "Flor Dominicana cigars " as a gift....
got home at 8:30 pm with beer gut, gym bag full of cigars, and no Arms trained.
