I started out the day with two slices of homemade pumpkin pie that my grandson made and nobody was eating...tasted great. Not sure how healthy pumpkin pie is but it filled me up. Had my usual juice and coffee with it.

For lunch I picked up a ham, Swiss cheese and tomato sandwich on sourdough from the deli. It was yummy!

Not sure what I'll have for dinner....likely one of Annie's frozen meals. I always have a supply of them on hand.

Last night for dinner I fixed myself roast beef with gravy, packaged loaded mashed potatoes, and a 1/2 a frozen container of a medley of vegetables which included broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Later in the evening, I had a couple of scoops of coffee ice-cream.

Beets are great, used to take it quite a bit the powder,beet juice and just eating beets and I would get great pumps.

I was worried that because you didn't report n detail what you had for dinner you made up for it with what you had the previous night. I hope that too was "yummy".

3 - 8 oz. cups of coffee
Beetroot powder in water

Post-Workout:
whey protein in water
1 baked potato
extra water with ACV stirred in

tomato + onion omelette made with 5 eggwhites and 2 whole eggs
16 oz. OJ

ground turkey patty
cottage cheese
sliced tomatoes
water

chicken breast
sweet potatoes
brocolli
Crystal-Lite

3 chocolate chip rice cakes with natty PB
yogurt
water

I haven't posted on this thread because I have been having bad stomach issues the last few days. Pretty much unable to eat the first half of each day was bed ridden 2 half days but trying to make up for it the 2nd half. It is getting better now. Weight is 220 in the evening and 215 in the am but again have been having bad stomach digestive issues for a few days now. Also reduced training and dropped all supplements until better

I`ve made mega progress,trust me......not posting pics until I`m ready but my whole body has transformed since I started back.

Ya` know,not everyone posts a thousand pics daily like you,just because you need reassurace on a constant basis that you`re a beast.....which you most definitely are not.....not even close............only in your warped mind do you see what you want to believe.....a fairy tale.

Dont forget I was inactive for 5 mere years with lung Cancer and laid around eating the shit you eat on a daily basis.... and I`m 66 years old......I`m closer to 70 than I am to 65 sonny boy,and training hard already..............bet I could train harder than you already.

I`m not an average person dude which you will see come July.

No excuses,when I hit Pittsburgh I will look great.

Not even on TRT yet....................c an`t wait to accelerate gains but no need to yet as I`m regaining lots of lost size while losing fat,so if it aint broke........

I sincerely hope you do well,though I know you dont believe me, but I dont think you will cuz you have no dicipline and no regimen....it`s all haphazard and hit or miss....no planning.....and your 2 day depletion to lose 20 pounds is just plain old fucking stupid.



Me at 57 two weeks post contest,I was shredded 2 weeks earlier....I`ll be 67 at contest time and plan on looking better than this.....that`s a 10 year difference.....but I dont give a fuck.
