No way. The first thing that struck me was how picture-perfect her posture is. Remember, she's tall. A stance more narrow than that I think would stress the low back too much. This gets all the major movers (hams, glutes, low back, traps) properly.

My doctor wrote me a script for Cialis and all I had to do was ask. I pay like $20 for a three month supply. If you have a good relationship with your doctor they really help you out. Now I know this will be hard to believe, but the reason why I started to use it, and I only use it on training days, is for the Nitrix Oxide. It works out to two to three 20mg tabs a day and it has a half-life of three days. The random boners can be a pain but still not as bad as during my teen years.

Personal preference.  I find easier to drive floor away with a bit more narrow stance.

No insurance to cover it. As I am literally prescribed one tab a day and only take three a week, I've got a little stockpile of pharm grade boner busters. Too bad you are not in the states. I'd sell you a whole bottle (30 tabs/20mgs) for half that price. But, you're right, without insurance you get reamed for about $20-$25 a tab.

I’ve been working away on my bench press and figured out how to work my wrist straps a little bit better now. 🤣 I also got a new curling bar so I’m working on my arms more and deadlift.  I’m not very good at tricep press work, I think my arms are too long ?  LOL.  It was pool party season here so I had to lose a few lbs for the obligatory bikini time (130 lbs), but I’m back training again now and added cycling and sprinting on a running track (134 lbs).

I am benching again tomorrow and I should be able to finally do a clean rep with 165 lbs ! Which only makes me 386 lbs below what TommyWishBone benched. I can do 165 lbs with a slight bounce, so I’m going to do it with a pause tomorrow.

No, as I mentioned before in this thread, it's tren. I'm naturally lean but tren turned me rock solid. In that pic. I was 20 lbs heavier and leaner than I am now. Tren seems to give you a more masculine face.

Tren and drol (though some don't respond to drol) are the most powerful anabolics right now. Within weeks you can see your body composition changing. Of course, this doesn't apply if you are a big fatso. If you 35% and lose 15 pounds it's not really going to show. If you are in decent shape the results come pretty quick. The trade-offs and there are always trade-offs they also have the most sides. As gh15 said, the more tren you take the better you look but the worse you feel.

Beta carotene tablets have always been used as "tanning pills". I use melanotan, just a tiny dose. Too much and it makes you look weird, black or bluish.
