Turns out, it is sometimes prescribed to people who have pulmonary hypertension with a dosage of 20 mg twice a day. Since the usual initial prescribed dose for ED is 2.5 mg, 2 X 20 mg daily seems like it would make a person's dick permanently turn to stone. If so, it could be renamed Medusa for the penis.

It's because Cialis isn't, or wasn't, available as a generic here yet. Viagra is much cheaper, the generic sildenafil that is. Apparently the uninsured cost is the same in the US. Also, penis pills aren't seen as "essential medicines", other medicines you pay $150 total and the rest of the year's medicines are free.

But I like Cialis better than Viagra so I have to buy black market stuff. But it's just as good and very cheap.

Australia, now that country really sucks as far as PED availability, customes are notoriously crazy strict. That's what I hear at least. How easy is it to get PEDs for you? Say you want to buy tren, test, deca, gh etc, can you get any amount of everything you want easily and quickly? Can you get pharma gh on the black market? The level in bodybuilding comps seems to be low so I'm thinking sourcing isn't very easy but maybe I'm wrong.

The clinics have been established here but GH is not included in the approved protocols yet. It's just for dwarves. Same as in the US actually, the FDA has said what they think, that the GH prescriptions aren't really all the way through legal. But for reasons they let it go on at this time. So I don't know your situation but I can't see it as being as lax as in the US. The "real" endos don't like the clinics at all but it's the wave of the future and hard to stop.

I tried to get on HRT a year or so back. I was denied, long story, but they wanted to try a HCG/SERM protocol first to try  a restart first before prescribing test. I don't have time for that. I consulted with the foremost Swedish endo/steroid/doping professor with like 30-40 years of experience with bodybuilders. Funnily enough, I have used Nebido from his clinic anyway, as some of his patients don't like Nebido and buy their test (usually enanthate) on the black market much cheaper.

Even though I Don’t need them, I had my PCP doctor for them and he wrote them with no inquiries about it. Who doesn’t want extra in the bedroom? Lol.

He wrote me 90 of Viagra 100mg. Then after I had hundreds of these, I asked to switch to Tadalafil 20mg and he did it no questions asked.
