He would probably be charged with something because it's a murder case, but do you remember the girl in Georgia that disappeared before her wedding, cut her hair and say she was kidnapped and rapped? She picked up garbage on the highway for a few weeks so who knows.

That's right, If not for money someone there would have been convicted of murder.

Was that the girl who looks surprised? I think she had to pay back the $ spent on her investigation also.

Haha, yeah that's her. not much punishment if you consider making false statements regarding kidnapping, rape and crossing state lines.
