My back spasam has eased off considerably so will be able to get through the show now

The back spasms probably aren't related to the same thing. Theoretically swishing a ginger  shot in the mouth and or drinking tonic water (with real quinine. Most are just artificial flavor.) could reduce cramping.

I should do it for health but for burning fat its litereally a waste of time
An hour on a bike for 300 calories, may as well watch a movie and eat less

As i say I saw him 3 weeks ago and he was ready then- if he's tightened up more he will win his class no doubt. Great aesthetic physique that belongs in the golden era of the last 80's in my opinion when it was about sculpting a physique not boatloading drugs for years and being water filled balloons

Jeff will do well as he is conditioned and a good presenter/poser but he will also be 190lbs with 16 inch arms. He is also competing against a couple 65 year old men which helps as he is in his late 50s. Hopefully this time we will see an actual pic showing his physique vs one pic at a 45 degree angle from 100 yards away

weighed in at 208lbs just before bed
last fluids in at 10pm
If things go as normal should be 204 in the morning

only had around 400 grams of carbs today around the same as yesterday , first carbs I have had all week

Depending on dryness tomorrow will probably skip carbs in the AM and just have some simple carbs an hour before I go onstage

Ribeye steak and 3 fried eggs first thing
