Some examples of his lifts:

200 lb dumbell shoulder press for 1 and a half reps.  By the way NO ONE has ever done this before besides Huge Nasser.

495 lb incline barbell press for reps (picture in Flex)

Deadlifts up to 735 lbs

255 lb EZ curl bar curls for 6 reps (Nasser part 3 video)

160 lb dumbell press for 12 reps (Nasser part 3 video)

200 lb dumbell pullovers for 4 reps

etc.

CLAIMINGS AND FOTO SESSIONS THIS IS BULSHIT.

about Nassers video lifts you exagerate.
i saw his videos.

hint: any lifts you read about in flex are bullshit.

i remember reading the photo shoot he did with ian and it appeared to me that 4 guys handed him the dumbells and he merely pressed them from a position that much more resembled an incline bench press than a seated press.

remember, the guys actually positioned them for nasser to simply press up from a fixed position. also, ian was assisting him in the spot.

hope this helps.

In the accompanying article Ian Harrison said he had done 14 reps with those 'bells before.

How is it exaggerating?  In part 3 it clearly zooms in on the "160" on the dumbell and he cranks out 12 reps with it.  On the EZ curl bar on each side was one 45 lb plate and 3 25 lb plates.  15 lb bar + 2 x 45 lb plates + 6 x 25 lb plates = 255 lbs.

Yeah, i can remember that Harrison stated in Flex-Magazine (about 10 Years ago...) that he was so strong in Shoulder pressing that he pre-exhausted his side-delts before with side-Laterals, and then without resting would do his 200 lbs. Dumbell presses for about 12 reps.
That was really one of the thoughest claims i ever read about a Bodybuilders training.

Yeah but Nasser later said in one of his videos that he got 1 and a half reps out with the 200 lbs dumbells.

Probably more accurate than the Nasser theory. Nasser was strong, but I would only put him in the top ten strongest of all pro bodybuilders. Coleman was definitley stronger, as is Johnny Jackson and Kevin Levrone could probably have given Nasser a run for his money too. Maybe Yates on a good day and Fux was strnog too.

that's funny, since in the aforementioned photo shoot with ian and nasser, ian was the one who couldn't incline press the alleged 200lbers from the fixed postition and, by the look of the pics, the way nasser's arms and face were straining with his palms under ian's elbows you'd think he was barbell curling at least half of the total weight with the spot.

I hate it when I'm at work and trying to get work done and all I hear are all the women in the office whining about how their significant other always ditches them to celebrate Nasser Night with the guys!

The Mighty Nasser is the strongest of any bodybuilder, of all time!!!  That's the secret to his success in proBB.  He's never been Mr.O, but he'll always be known for being the strongest in the sport.  He's stronger than Arnold.  Watch out Arnold!!

Dorian was among the very strongest. His poundages with the form he used was simply unbelievable. Nasser's form was crap by comparison. If you want proof just watch his joke 2" barbell rows on BFTO 96. Ronnie was stronger if you want to go by absolute poundages moved with form sacrificed. But Dorian was bench pressing over 500lbs in 1992 as well as 215lb dumbell rows for 12 easy reps.

Those are 150s for those of you who can't see  :P

honestly Dorian's ROM on his barbell rows wasn't much more than Nassers, they were both what i call "short armers".

Nassers 200lbs dumbell shoulderpresses are hard to believe.
In his "(Huge) Nasser on the Way (to the toilet) III" vid he can't barely press the 140's.
A 60lbs difference - Nas is def. the strongest exaggerator of all time  ;D

Nope. Dorian was never able to do proper rows once he tore his bicep, hence having to switch over to overhand.

Watch this video towards the end when Yates is underhand rowing 315 with PERFECT form. Only when Yates could no longer perform a full rep would be reduce his ROM and go to full failure
