Did my leg workout backwards tonight and felt like a tiny tit doing leg press last.

Ha, I've long been doing Calves & Leg Bi's 1st then usually leg press or front squats
Before finishing with back squats- It works great for me & Keeps me from going
After Heavier & heavier weight on back squats.

Once in a while I'll do back squats after the calves & leg Bi's - weights feel so light then.

Normally don't go too heavy during summer baseball, but the rainouts have pushed the seasons through Sept, so I got tired of waiting....Week three of Ed Coan 10 week deadlift program:

Warmup: Airdyne / plyo

DL: Warmup: 1x5 1x5 1x3 1x1
      Working:  1 x 2   8 x 3 (speed reps @ 90 sec rest)

3 Giant set, 90 sec between each:

RDL x 8
Pendlay row x 8
UH Pulldown x 8
Reverse hyper x 8

Had a few day's off - not wanting to do anything much
Got to kick myself up the backside & get going again.
The death of my Dad has hit me hard. Harder than than I
Thought it would - thought i was kinda prepared for it. I was wrong.  :'(

Off to gym now - do some upper body.

Sorry for your loss man.

It will stay with you, but the severity will lessen, and you'll remember the good stuff evenutally.

My training has been going well, finishing up baseball in a few weeks.

Went to the doc because of a nagging foot injury from 6 weeks ago isn't feeling better.

Turns out my foot is broken, and I have to do six weeks in a boot.

Not very thrilled about this.
