Still working out, just not posting:

90/90 breathe with plate pullover
KB corkscrew
High kneeling foam roll on wall (delt stretch)

Heavy DB bench

Seated DB v press, superset pullup (added ruck for last set)

Giant sets:  4 sets non stop, no rest between giant set
20 cal on rowing machine
15 heavy KB swings
5 24" box jumps with 40 lb sand bag
8 pushup with ruck.

200 step ups on 17" box with 25lb ruck
1/2 mile run at 7:30/mile pace.

Repeat 5 times, no rest for 1000 step ups and 2.5 miles.

Took 1:21:35

Mental more than anything.....fucking boring.

Then one day had palpitations in the car and flushed the bottle.

Taste was not the best but definately felt more endurance

The pre- definately works without the jitters and wierd skin stuff going on.

Training going great.  Got a good routine down last few months. 

First 30 min normal BB type stuff.   Move at fast pace get the pump going good.    Last 30 min HIIT w Airdyne and calthetistics - focusing on pull ups, lunges, mountain climbers, pushups, dips, and thrusters w dumbbells
