deadlifts 3 w/ups-1x5-325lbs
incline dumbell press 2 w/ups-1x7-80lbs
e-z bar curls 2 w/ups-1x4-100lbs
increased on the deadlifts,tweaked my back,and should have stopped there,but stupidly pushed on.back hurt on the curls,had to stop the set early.
