Title: A bodybuilding scorecard (what is the country?)

Hi everyone  ;D

Just want to say that this is my very first post, so please excuse my naivety.

I was looking at a professional bodybuilding scorecard and was wondering in the field where it says 'Country' does this mean.

1. The country of where the competitor is born.
2. The country in which the person is a legal and recognised citizen.
3. The country where the competitor is currently living and a residence of.
