Gossip & Opinions / Re: Golfer's Elbow?
« Last post by Krankenstein on Today at 11:36:47 AM »
No, you don't have to be a golfer to experience this.  Medial epicondylitis can be hard to resolve because most don't want to back off of activities for a bit and let the tendons heal.  Typically it is an overuse problem of wrist flexors and forearm pronator.  If it is in the early stages, icing is best (3-5 days onset)...then switching to heat for 10 - 12, then ice for 10 - 12 multiple times a day.  Some soft tissue work also goes a long way to resolving.

Switching routines probably helps because you will not be overloading the tissues as much.  In any event, try these easy ones.  Its NOT going to resolve in a day or two.  Let it go long enough and you will end up with tendinosis and most likely bursitis of the medical epicondyle bursa and/or ulnar bursa.

1) Sit next to a bench with the hand of the affected arm off edge of bench palm down.  Take a lacrosse ball and place on meat of the forearm close to the elbow.  Use other hand to apply pressure down as you use a light dumbbell and perform SLOW wrist extension.  2 x 20

2) Affected arm down by your body, elbow bent, palm up (like at the end of a bicep curl)...take other hand and bring the hand on the affected arm into extension.  Now straighten the affected arm straight out in front of you.  Hold for 5 seconds, and bring it back.  2 x 8 times.

3) Stand with the shoulder of the affected arm about an arms length from a wall.  With fingers pointed to the floor, place the palm against the wall.  Elbow should be straight.  3 x :30 hold

4) Using a similar position as #1, hold dumbbell so its perpendicular to the ground with the forearm of the affected side on bench.  Using other hand, apply pressure on dumbbell away from the body while trying to resist with the hand of the affected arm.

Matthew Colangelo’s Wife Sits on NAACP Legal Defense Fund Board with Jonathan Soros

Manhattan prosecutor Matthew Colangelo’s wife, Anne Small, sits on the board of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Legal Defense Fund with Jonathan Soros, according to the NAACP’s website.

Small’s link to Jonathan Soros, a radical left donor to President Joe Biden, is one more example that appears to confirm the political nature of the business records trial of former President Donald Trump.

The NAACP Legal Defense Fund is a far-left political organization. Among several attacks against Republicans, it recently filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court requesting the disqualification of Trump from campaigning for office.

Small, a board member of NAACP, is a former general counsel of the Securities & Exchange Commission and a former member of the White House Counsel’s office during the Obama administration. She graduated from Yale in 1996 and Harvard Law School in 2001.

Small is married to Colangelo, who was a high-ranking Biden Justice Department (DOJ) official. Colangelo recently stepped down from his position to work in the New York County District Attorney’s office.

When Colangelo left the DOJ to help Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland praised his “wise counsel and excellent judgment” since his first day in the office.

Critics question why Colangelo would leave his powerful post to work in a local office after spending years targeting Trump.

Colangelo’s history in the Democrat Party runs deep. He worked in the Obama administration as a senior Labor Department official and found his way into Biden’s DOJ, appointed acting associate attorney general when Biden took office. In that position, as the third highest-ranking official in the department, Colangelo oversaw the Civil, Civil Rights, Antitrust, and Tax divisions, among others.

It wasn’t too long ago where I said (along with a lot of people) that Universities should be federally defunded because they’re indoctrinating kids and coming out dumber than when they went in. The kids that aren’t involved that just want to graduate and get on with their lives should sue the living shit out of those systems. Most of the kids that should be graduating in 2024 can’t because commencements are getting canceled, these are the same kids that got screwed over in 2020 when graduations were canceled for the first time because of fake lockdowns. What a coincidence these both happened in election years…fuck liberal/communist leftists
