First the case will be appealed

Second it will not change the prior election because the mail it ballots are still valid (i.e. valid voters casting valid ballots)

All it means in that in the next election (If the ruling is upheld) most of those same voters will just show up in person if they are unable to meet the requirements for an absentee ballot

Also, Republican were the ones who wrote the law in the first place and they had a year PRIOR the 2020 election to dispute the law that THEY WROTE and they didn't do shit

On the surface, I don't have a problem with it either, however I have some questions about the security of it.
#1 How do we know the person who's name is on the mail in ballot it the person that actually filled it out and returned it?
#2 How do we know that the person who's name is on it doesn't go and vote in person as well as sending in the mail in ballot?
