You need to come up here and have some regular Pale Ales and some other stuff at the craft breweries.

I don't think you can get them down your way, but they're really good.

One of my best friends is also a bourbon fan like myself and he has 30 something plus bottles and one of his friends owns a liquor store so he'll get us bottles at a decent price. I don't push him for Pappy and other hard to get bourbons so he doesn't have to tell me no if he gets them ;D
Every couple of months we get together and each of us will bring a couple of our own bottles and start trying them all.

...Those are the nights where if we don't meet a my house my wife drops me off and picks me up :D

When I drank, that was what I enjoyed the most. The good Tequila's. Early Cabo, Don Eduardo, Don Julio, etc.

Now I drink Athletic Brewery IPA (non-alcoholic), just like 1 or 2 a week. Its actually very good...

Serious question,Do you drink non-alcoholic drinks because you miss drinking?
I've never understood why someone would drink that and just not have a water, coffee or ice tea or something else. When I don't drink I just don't drink.
I don't crave the taste of alcohol.

Wife got some gin that I’m enjoying recently, Tom Cat from Barr Hill.  Normally I don’t drink gin by itself but it’s pretty good straight up.

Makers was the first "real" bourbon I bought like 25 years ago, so thought I'd do a little revisit.

So I made a steak with a bourbon recipe that I found off the Rabbit Hole distillery website and it came out fucking fantastic.
If anyone likes to grill like myself you should check it out.
