The ones who make money won't put up YouTube videos about it. They earn it 'indirectly' through shares in outpatient facilities or by doing testing in their office. Then out of those earnings they pay their overhead.

I have a buddy who is a pediatric surgeon and he makes a pile of money. He’s got one of the surgical companies working with him on developing hardware that will make him even more money.
