Hmm...for cardio?1 hr elliptical this morning.
That was my cardio - resting yesterday and tomorrow....event is sat.
1 hr jumping around machines at the gym this morning.
Warrior Dash this weekend...3 miles and 12 obstacles... weather isn't looking great, 60"s and rain.
Ended up being real easy. I guess with all the nonstop rain the last few days plus the cold they didn't want anyone getting hurt.
Me and the lady are taking a spin class....I've done shit for lifting and cardio since my last race.

True but it's cardio and my girl is happy we are doing something together....wait until golf season is over and I start taking some yoga classes on Sunday mornings
