sorry boys gotta let some steam off.

this is my fourth week of 150testp/75tren a eod, well just to say tren does not mix when you hate your job.  i work graveyard loading sideload trailers for a major beer company. well its fast paced and alot of heavy lifting with pickin up the slack of lazy bums, because you don't go home until the last truck is loaded.

its memorial weekend  and alot of beer is going out. All night i just wanted to plug my forklift up and give the finger while i was burning out of the parking lot. but i got to pay bills and the winter cycle lol . well thats my rant  and tren is a harsh drug but damm with the proper diet, cardio the shit is amazing. 8)

ha ha.. i know that feeling but the ones i experience tend to be the small, slow, fragile type. i do my grocery shopping around 5am and at the Kroger's i go seems to get filled with the retired seniors that are always their drinking their coffee and with their veterans mesh ballcaps on. i love this dudes always got a story to tell, i tell myself if i get like this i would consider myself fortunate ;D

I went to the gym today at 4:45AM. Other then being tired I had a good workout. There's was three other people there. One guy was circuit training with about twelve machines - that was a little odd.

The odd things we see at the gym...it never ends. Just the other day I picked up on a new exercise that I didn't know existed, I like to call it "convulsion dips"...pretty hardcore ;)

A huge idiot, why yes, yes he was. To give you an idea of what it looked like, his arms stayed bent at 90 degrees the entire time, they never moved, but the rest of his body did in a very odd spastic manner...haha, funny.

Yes, that was part of the technique to this exercise, but there is more to it if you want to get the form down right. Did you ever see one of those little, I'm not sure what you call it exactly, but bobbing birds? You know, the ones that swing like a pendulum, you might see one on a desk...this is what that reminded me of.

EXACTLY! But bet he had monster foreams!! Not sure if you remember Phil Hernon who upset Titus one year to turn pro. He worked out at my gym and he always did a version of dips like that and had about a one inch range of motion.

At my gym now, there is a guy who is trying to do a modified crunch and has one hand behind his head brutally pulling on his neck trying to hit his obliques (I think) and his shoulders stay on the ground. He will do hundreds of these every workout...bet he has a good chiro.

Yeah, i know what you guys are talking about, the other day i was doing barbell curls with medium weight (170) and after my set this guy, iīd say around 6" 200lbs 35+ years old. Took the same weight and did something that iīd call jumping-deadlift-squatting-delt-curl he did 4 of these and after gave me a look like "see i can hang with you" after a couple of days i saw him again and he looked liked he had hurt his back, i wonder how it happened...

funny story.  170lbs is "medium" weight for you on curls?  I have to ask what your form looks like also?  Not saying you don't but man you must be very strong and have some big ass arms!  Whats heavy for you on curls?

135lbs is heavy for me   :'(

Well iīm currently 5ī10 282 dropped from about 304, iīve been training for ten years. I allways use good form, allways, if i feel that my form is suffering i lower the weight, but because iīm pretty strong (i have been considering strongman competitions for a while, i donīt see a point in using weights that i can rep all day everyday. lately iīve been using 160-170 for barbell curls (when i do them, i like dumbells better) i can use 200 lbs with "ok" form but then i donīt "feel" it the way i should and the form would be awful after two reps so no point in that. As for my other "numbers" i donīt really wanīt to post them, but letīs just say itīs been a LONG time since i saw anyone usings weights even remotely close to mine. I do think itīs partly genetical, most of the men in my family are pretty strong even though most of them have never lifted...

Are you doing the other training that goes along with strongman comp? Tire flips, stone or heavy object carrys, etc? There is a bunch of guys here in Az that do both strongman and Highland games and cool to watch them train. Would kick my little bodybuilder ass for sure!!

Hey guys, how good do you think these home cholesterol test are? Do you think they are trust worthy? At any level?
Yesterday i ordered the test and it was at my door this morning and i took it and it shows about 170 mmol total cholesterol which is great, but i wonder how accurate it is.

I nair (or at least have my wife help out) my back regularly (every three or four weeks). Other then that in the summer I do my chest/stomach at about the same frequency. I can't bring myself to do my arms or legs yet (however, I did shave them once for swimming).

Ude,Your gona do a contest? You gots to! I do not like the feel of it growing back under my arms.
I grow so much hair on legs it's back in a week. You cant even see calfs w/ hair.
And Hey, While your at it.. the porn star shave rocks, get you and your Gal and make it a project! Hint: if you use an electric and just trim it real close-no itch or rash. Smooth sailing bud...

Clippers on the privates and pits, watch the sack and may need a guard.

Other than that, yup, whole body...being Italian in Az is no fun with body hair.

I use the girl shit, Skintimate and Venus (easier grip in shower) on arms, legs, chest and abs once a week. Been doing it so long, no rash or ingrown hairs. Something in the Skintimate that helps with that. Never had the back hair issue luckily.

Highly advise if you have quite some growth, take it down with hair clippers first, see how you like it and go from there. Nair tore me up and did make me rash. Only at contest time will I then use razor on privates and pits, then back to clippers...
wow, sounds kinda gay now that I re-read this...

You mean you some of you guys shave your bodys except your arms and legs??  Man that must look funny, Im sorry.  Why not the arms and legs??  I dont get it.  I Just shave the whole body and leave a little down under, but then Im a freak like that  :D

And as far as the private parts go, what ever floats your boat, but smooth looks like a little boy.  I like to just trim it close with a clippers and shave the area to keep it compact. and yes as busy said you gotta watch the sack, cause I have nicked it and made it bleed too.  Guys do need to take care of the grooming in that area
