Title: NWO and Batista to enter the 2020 HOF

WWE legends Batista and the New World Order (NWO Hogan, Hall, Nash & Waltman) have been announced as the first Hall of Fame picks for the Class of 2020. US publication People have exclusively revealed that 'The Animal' is set to enter the Hall of Fame while ESPN have broken the NWO news.

Why are these announcements being made this far out from WrestleMania?

If you put the NWO in the Hall of Fame, you've basically inducted HALF of WCW, in addition to having numerous multiple-time Hall of Famers.

That would make Bret Hart a THREE-TIME member (once by himself, one with Neidhart as the Hart Foundation, and now as a member of the NWO).

I agree, should only be Hogan, Hall and Nash. Why Waltman was included is beyond me. He is close to Hall and Nash.

Wonder if they'll include Justin Credible when inducting the Kliq in 2021.

He's also close to Helmsley and Michaels, hence the reason he was inducted with DX.


Inducting tag-teams/factions when one member is already in the HOF is simply a pity-you-know-what for the other guy(s).
