Yates work ethic was tempered with common sense and yet still he injured himself. Coleman's style of training? Pure prep for the Wheelchair SchmOelympics. No fan of either of them especially that mongoloid Coleman and his "Thankyew Jayzus" BS, but the truth of it is that Yates at his best is far superior to any version of Coleman. And Haney. And Yates is Einstein compared to Coleman. Seems a good guy too.
But Arnold or Paris or Zane, to name but three others that had superb physiques are better than Yates. Coleman is paying the piper now and deserves what is happening to him because he did it to himself.
