Some people swear by 5mg of Lithium Orotate. Simple pill you can get over the counter. Some claim that if society added a little more Lithium to the water supply(it's a salt/mineral that is in the water supply now in trace amounts) that many people never would become bi/polar. Also could help with anxiety and the chronically depressed...There's not a lot of studies done on very lose dose Lithium. Most people who take Lithium are taking it in large amounts where it creates zombies and may cause rough side effects...

My mother in law has been on Lithium for 20 years. She suffers from clinical depression, seems to work fairly well for her.

I believe he's somewhat crazy.

However, I also believe him when he says people around him are making all this public to take his money.  He's still getting royalty checks every month... and people who have him Baker act'd (locked up against his will) are undoubtedly controlling/getting his income.
