My upper legs are somewhat thick. It's down near the knee that they're skinny. Comes with being tall I guess.

You're a 94 year old squatting God, Geoffrey, how does one even that out? Deeper squats?

LOL! I haven't squatted in months but Chaos' exercise sounds legit. Smith squatting usually puts a fuckton of pressure on my knees, though so I usually avoid it. Probably need to move the feet further out.

The farther out you put your feet, the more likely you are to put pressure on your lower back. You'll have a tendency to push back instead of up.

Someone even entertaining the thought of doing squats on a Smith machine has lost any right to question the sexuality of others. :)
