Have you ever tried chest/bi's-back/tri's? worked wonders for my arms.

Well, being left off your "mods that are in shape" list has lit a fire under me. ;D My arms grow much easier than anything else, but i have done chest-bis in the past but never back-tris. Im wiped after back and just want to get out. The best gains i ever made on arms was training them on the same day with supersets, but im crunched for time and it seems like a waste to go in and just do arms.

I know what your saying when it comes to the time constraints :-\ if I have time I'll do arms by themselves.I like supersets to make the workout quicker but I don't think my arms look as cut ::) as when I do them in the same workout but individually.

my arms were always a tough grow for me till I switched to the workout I mentioned.if I could I would do chest/bi's and back/tri's early in the week and arms by themselves on Friday.sometimes I'm to lazy and sometimes life gets in the way.
