Eggwhites, chicken, doesn't matter...Just make sure you're getting enough protein and food.. but make sure you can afford plenty of drugs because this is what's gonna make the difference in your physique when you're eating enough and hitting the gym....

if you REALLY have to supplement your protein intake..i'd suggest ON gold standard..because it's good quality and best bang for your buck.isopure is better but more expensive

ON is cheap because it has concentrate in it, likely mostly concentrate. Isopure is the BEST Whey Isolate available. It also tastes great.

^ Yes I am a big fan of mixing muscle milk or really any protein with liquid egg whites. Makes the shake super thick like a milkshake, is delicious, and it spices up the amino acid profile. Win/Win.

For years i used to use BSN Syntha-6 Whey isolate. In my opinion, it was very high quality and it tasted fucking amazing.

Now i use Animal Whey. For someone like me on very low carb, you really cant beat the nutritional value of it. And it also tastes fucking amazing too.

Drugs will make a difference in your physique, not the powdered food you consume.
Though finding one you like is helpful, since most of us love milkshakes...
