Almost all the protein on the market comes from 1 of 3 places. The only difference is how much concentrate vs isolate is used in a blend. Outside of that, it's apples to apples. Find one you like the flavor of, that doesn't blow your stomach up and you'll be fine. If you don't have a sensitive stomach, drink the cheapest crap you can buy and not spend all day on the toilet. At the level of protein most people take, the quality won't matter.
