I've been saying it forever..............Cre am of Rice, Honey, SF/FF Jello Pudding (it's maltodextrin and food starch).

ehm..
pre workout i prefer protein with low bv, like chicken chest and carbs with low GI like whole rise..
post workout shake with high GI carbs like dextrose and whey protein (high BV protein)
