hey guys,
     i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a nutritional value chart, including calories and grams of fat/protien/carbs.

try picking up a doctors fat/carb/protein counting book at the bookstore.  it is a pretty ahndy reference.  The american diatetic association also had a link on their site to a web based database.
