Judge gives Wisconsin GOP leader chance to avoid contempt.

A judge on Thursday said the investigator hired by Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to look into the 2020 election appears to have “gone rogue” and “run amok” in refusing to comply with the state’s open records law.

Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn gave Vos “one last chance” to seek records requested from investigator Michael Gableman before she fines Vos for contempt. She ordered Vos's attorney to produce an affidavit showing that Vos asked Gableman for the records and for details about what attempts he's made to find the records.

Vos a year ago hired Gableman, a former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, with $676,000 in taxpayer money to investigate the election won by President Joe Biden. Vos last month paused the investigation, pending the resolution of ongoing legal challenges to subpoenas he has issued.

Liberal watchdog group American Oversight filed three open records lawsuits against Vos and Gableman. Judges have ruled numerous times against Vos and Gableman, saying they have not produced the requested records or shown what attempts they've made to comply.

The judge said that made her think Gableman was trying to hide something.

“He's just run amok and is flatly refusing of following any of the court’s guidance or orders that subject Mr. Vos to liability," Bailey-Rihn said. “That’s what you’re telling me.”

She said it was “astounding” that Gableman was acting this way.

“If he’s gone rogue and refuses to do what they asked of him, then I think they have some other remedies they need to look into," she said.

Well in that case it should be easy to refute any of the information I posted.  I'll wait.

But you won't.  Because you can't.  All you can do is deny, deflect and talk about irrelevant shit.

Have you seen 2000 Mules?  They didn't even scratch the surface of the ILLEGAL shit that went on in Wisconsin.  Laws were flat out IGNORED and broken.  There's no way to dispute it.    Voting begins 2 weeks before the election...voters cast their ballots and they were counted.  No way to pull that Jeanie out of the bottle.  Mentally incapacitated people "voted".  Ballot harvesting (illegal) happened.  None of this is disputed.

81M pieces of paper were counted for Brandon.  That doesn't equate to 81M votes.

No I haven't seen it.  What I have seen is that more Republicans are guilty of so called voter fraud than Dems, Russians, or Chinese thermostats.

The POTUS having the power to regulate and set gas prices would mean we are living in a communist society?  Are we?  Just a simple yes or no.

It would also mean the POTUS has the power to determine how much oil is released on the international market by foreign countries.   Does he?  Again, a simple yes or no.

Where is the evidence of this fraud?  So much fraud but yet the Republican electors, Republican governors, lower courts, EC, Republican majority SC, Republican VP, Republican AG, Republican audits (and fraudits)  all say otherwise.   Most voter fraud I’ve seen has been from Republicans as legal charges have shown.  As far as illegal activity…. You mean like a President wanting a governor to “find” votes or like the Republicans who sent in the fake elector certificates for Trumpy in states Biden won?

As far as my point of posting this, because it’s related to politics and an ongoing political issue at hand.  Is there any part of what I posted that is unfactual?  Simple question.

THE EVIDENCE is the TRUTH of what went on.  IT HAPPENED.  THERE'S NO DISPUTING IT.  EXISTING LAWS WERE BLATANTLY BROKEN AND IGNORED AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT.  Wisconsin election laws state early voting/absentee voting occurs 2 weeks prior to an election, yet 10s of thousands of pieces of paper were collected and dumped into ILLEGAL drop boxes 3 & 4 weeks prior to the election.  ZERO chain of custody, ZERO identification.  Ballot harvesting is also illegal, yet IT HAPPENED.  Dozens of nursing homes were harvested with ZERO oversight.  Felons voted - illegal.  False addresses were used, such as the address of a UPS store used by dozens.  Zuckerbucks overtook key polling locations forcing out city clerks.  This all happened and it was KNOWN AT THE TIME AND BLATANTLY IGNORED.  NOT SPECULATION, NOT CONSPIRACY THEORIES.  The laws on the state books are very clear.  Doesn't matter whose name was circled on the ballots (Trump or Biden).  Those counted pieces of paper were commingled among legitimate ballots.

Wrong.  There was an investigation.  It says so in the very first post of this thread.

If these were facts then why hasn't the courts or electors acted upon them?

Wrong.  There was an investigation.  It says so in the very first post of this thread.

If these were facts then why hasn't the courts or electors acted upon them?

LOL certified moron, humiliated yet again.

Gableman = in contempt.

This just keeps getting better and better.  So far Biden’s victory has survived two recounts, multiple lawsuits, a nonpartisan audit and a review by a conservative law firm. Only a couple of dozen people out of nearly 3.3 million voters have been charged with fraud, numbers on par with past elections.

Good times!!!

Hahahaha our Lil Extra Chromey Homie only sees what Trumpy and Tucker tells him to see.  He can’t even articulate a response on something he has regurgitated once it has been refuted.

If Qoach isn’t the stupidest person in the world, then he better hope that other guy doesn’t die.

I don't think you're smart enough to run two accounts. :)

Well, well, well.... what have we here?   Oh, it's the "evidence".   That some manlet kept claiming didn't exist.

Or more of it to be more accurate.   This is what trying to "steal an election" and "election fraud" looks like.  But the Trumpturds are all crickets on this.   :'(

Settlement in Wisconsin fake elector case offers new details on the strategy by Trump lawyers

Two attorneys for then-President Donald Trump orchestrated a plan for fake electors to file paperwork falsely saying the Republican won Wisconsin in a strategy to overturn Joe Biden’s 2020 victory there and in other swing states, according to a lawsuit settlement reached Monday that makes public months of texts and emails.

Under their agreements, Kenneth Chesebro and Jim Troupis turned over more than 1,400 pages of documents, emails and text messages, along with photos and video, offering a detailed account of the scheme’s origins in Wisconsin. The communications show how they, with coordination from Trump campaign officials, replicated the strategy in six other states including Georgia, where Chesebro has already pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the 2020 election.

So, what is your point of posting this?  Not only did you not post a link (as per rules), you redacted much of the "article".  No one, not even you libtards, can dispute that BLATANT FRAUD, CORRUPTION AND ILLEGAL activity occurred during the 2020 election

No one? Jesus Christ..  are you the female Coach? Libtards don't have to dispute it. The Republican election officials did. The Republican appointed Judges did. The Republican Attorney General did, the Republican Vice President did.. In fact, other than Pillow guy, Trump and his entourage, and a few moronic low level fake electors, Everyone including state courts disputed that silly nonsense. The fact adults still post what you did, is a slam on our education system

And for gods sake, until you address the blatant racism on this board that occurs almost daily, you just look silly bringing up that someone didn't post a link... Get real

One thing this thread highlights is that we all agree there was an attempt to steal the election and election fraud committed.

Trumpturds simply keep making excuses and whining while the facts pile up against them that it was Trumpy and his cronies that are guilty of it.
