IMO, very little to do with sexual harassment or women. The media companies are getting rid of obsolete million $ liabilities. They've always known info on employees, they're purging to break contracts.
Personally, I choose to get my info from internet channels instead of alphabet networks. There is no way to justify a boob like Joe Scarsborough getting $95,000 a WEEK when someone on the internet can do the same job for $40,000 a YEAR or less.
Regardless of political party there is no justification anymore for paying Hannity, Carlson, Lauer, Maddow, 10 million or whatever a year. Think about what you watch everyday. For me, I only see any of those "big" names if someone is posting their material as fair use to support their own positions or to goof on them.
