Looks like you made your old sex bunker into a home gym?
Did she escape, or did you release her ?
Howard it’s an old barn that I had some equipment in for years.A few years ago the gym I was training at closed so I knocked one of the walls out on the barn and added some more space. It’s about the size of a two car garage. No sex bunker but maybe someday.

I don’t think that bench will last a lifetime. It will break. I can tell when Coop was doing some adjustments, it looked like the bench will eventually get stuck in one of the positions.
I  agree looks kind of flimsy for a 400 dollar bench.   https://prxperformance.com/products/profile-folding-bench?utm_campaign=TOF-Search-Profile-Bench&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Google-Search&gc_id=8055947425&h_ad_id=473117877037&gclid=CjwKCAjw9aiIBhA1EiwAJ_GTSrVGtWujKjLUL_evVzB2eP14nUriT6EByj-_AzxMTYFLM3DW25iWgRoCf3IQAvD_BwE

You use the propane tank for kettlebell swings?

After working out, it doubles as cooking fuel to grill a steak.

It looks damn useful and a good place to do a real, serious workout.
Because this is getbig, I was obligated to make the sex bunker crack.

A wheelable incline bench you can move out of the way is better for an apartment than having that montrosity bolted into your rented wall

Also where is the preacher curl attachment my incline bench is 100x nicer than that also does decline and preacher and easier to move out of the way

That thing is dogshit I highly recommend one like mine instead

Also most apartments are rentals and not your perm home you are going to move on and its bolted to the wall. Get a nice portable one like mine and take with you the next decade as you move from apartment to townhouse to home
if I were you, I would invest in a lat machine you'll be filling up those doorways in no time.

Might not be such a good idea.  The way Bhank grows he'd have to get a bigger house.

Great gyms BB and Cook.....you too Brian.

BTW I think a good reverse hyper machine is worth its weight in gold.

That’s awesome I remember way back maybe in the mid 80s Ted was wrestling in the Dallas/Ft . Worth area and I saw him at the gym a few times.Sounds like he’s doing well. Thanks

Yup, he went over to Fritz Von Erich's World-Class (WCCW) in the 80's and Fritz even put a belt on him for a while.
He spent time at Stu Harts place also when he went to Stampede in Canada.

One of Teds best improv's is when he called out Onion-Head Kaz. Hysterial. "Idiot w/ the camera, zoom in on this"  ;D

Teds traps looked like shoulders back then...

So I see a lot of serious heavy bench powerlifters using these reverse hypers. I have a lying hamstring curl does this hit the hamstrings different?

I also have tightness in my lower back a lot like it gets stiff I think I herniated a disc in it years ago. Yoga helped  I dont know was told spine is a little crooked based on Xray by ortho scheduled MRI but didnt make it will it help with that? Does it make lower back pain better or worse?

I LOVE using those, but rarely get the chance.

Ok, so I'd be willing to trade a happy ending using scented  lotion , if I can come over and train on it.
Deal ?  :D

You can come here any time. No lotion needed. I know you are originally from near by me (Portsmouth) so you know the area.

Brian, it opens up the spine, discs while making them stronger. And the muscle around it.
Other things do it as well, this just hits it a different way. With weight on it, when you lower the rep, it opens everything up.
Helps with the deadlift "hip thrust" (top of DL movement) I guess. There are other things that are similar, I just really liked the one at the local gym I used to go to and wanted my own..
