Probably looking at February.   Have A T/L next week - will get serious on dieting an early am cardio after that.

Hit the reset button after an injury scare.

1 mile on bike
3 sets:
90/90 breathing with hip curl
25 ft duck walk
10 birddog
5 supine ring row

10 sets @ max effort on rower x 20 sec........3 min breathing recovery practice while walking..

4 Giant sets:
Kneeling one arm KB press x 8
One arm farmers walk x 20m
15 seconds side planks per side
One arm OH KB walk x 20m

Will DO more foam rolling and mobility.  Lack of flexibility causing issues.

25 ft death march with dumbells

Sled push x 25M
Deadlift x 5
Power clean x 2
Pull up x 7

10 sets:
1 min @ 85% max....about 10.2 MPH
3 min recovery walk with 90/90 breathing.
Almost about 4 miles

4 sets stamina:
20 sandbag toss (10 per)
Something I don't feel like looking up the description x 10
Hanging knee raise x 8

Abs coming in nice.  Weak point is really chest definition.   Back and legs look great

Do the event in T Michael top with zubaz pants, otomix shoes, fanny pack and fingerless gloves.  Use milk jug filled with Carbo Fuel instead of hydration bladder  and pack no food except gainers fuel bars and some Animal Pack vitamins.

Absolutely destroyed the Challenge and Light.  I think I carried in addition to my ruck , the added team weights and coupons ranging from 40-75lbs at least 80% of the time for for both events and feel completely fine.

Probably why bodybuilders do lat pulldowns and thigh adducter stuff instead.

5 am - back bis and cardio.  Getting in really good shape now .  Fat melts off w working out in fasted state- but energy definately lacking a bit

It makes it a lot easier to never miss workouts due to life, BUT - you have to go to bed earlier and your workouts do suffer a little bit.
