Someone please tell me it is not true that the female winners of the Arnold’s were denigrated into standing in their suits and heels and made to hold the door open for the male competitors in the night show like some “car show girl”!!!!!
WTF Shame, shame on whoever thought this one up!Now I have to admit I did not see this with my own eyes. I was so bored with this show I went into deep slumber and forgot to catch a plane, for that matter I forgot to book a flight. I hope this is not true and it is just a joke someone was playing on me and not on the female competitors who work so hard to get where they are.
Have mercy, like it is not bad enough that:
a. right off the bat the women are paid soooo much less that the men or
b. that the prejudging takes place in the expo under horrific lighting and lousy seating and that it has the ambiance of a side show at a county fair or that
c. the judging for this show should have a disclaimer for truth in advertising that reads “Non-paid advertisement for J.M. Management”.
OK, if this is true than “fair is fair”. Next year the female competitors get to pick the male competitor of their choice to carry them out onto the stage. The men will be oiled and clad in scanty little loincloths with nothing on underneath. There will also be a row of men (also dressed in skimpy little loincloths) holding big fans made of plumed feathers standing behind the women fanning them so they stay cool. Wow, now Barbie would not only wake up out of her slumber for that, she would buy front row seats. Hhmmm, who would I want to carry me out?
