When to eat and when not to eat?

I want to kno.Should i get all of my food in first and then workout.Or should i eat a bit and then workout and come back and eat the rest.Or Should I workout on nothjing and then eat ..If u hav any advice please help..

Eat something high protein before maybe and hour, not meat maybe a couple servings of yogurt.  Eat something high protein right after, a shake is good.  I lift in the morning so I just eat breakfast right after (5 eggs, bowl of cereal and sometimes OJ).
