2 weeks ago I squated 405 for 13 reps. I bumped up my cardio this past week - to start cutting for the summer. I did squats today and noticed my hip flexors were extremely tight during the warmup sets. Almost felt like they were super pumped. I only squated 405 for 7. Did my strength drop that much because I bumped up my cardio or does this sound like a hip flexor problem?
