What are his workouts like?
I will let Ernest know you liked his lift, he normally trains heavy on most exercises for low reps with a very odd rep out set at the end now and again, at the minute he does Deadlift on a Monday, Chest and Back on a Wednesday, Arms, Shoulders and a Couple of Leg Exercises on a Friday plus some concept 2 machine Rowing each day he trains which he is a World Record Holder in the 100m in the o70s class and now the o80s class as well.
