This guy is certifiably insane - no joke

It seems perhaps he fried his brain during the time he was a crack addict

I wonder if his family has any influence on him and can maybe get him some medical help

It looks like he has 4 kids but Wiki only lists one spouse and they were only married for a year (2013)
