Thinking about going back to the gym next week, need to call and see if any of this stupid shit is implemented. Been doing barbell lifts only and mountain biking.

A little longer but close.

Had something similar today:

Warmup 2 sets:
1 min airdyne
10 pillar to plan
10 single arm band pulldown
8 half kneeling underhand KB press
Side plank x 10 with stretch

Bench:
5 x 5 with 75% of 2RM
1 set max effort reps, stopping 3 reps shy of failure

3 sets:
Sitting V press x 4
Meadow row x 10

3 sets:
Flat fly x 8 3-0-1 tempo
DB row x 6 2-0-1 tempo

8 sets Every Minute on Minute:
Max pullup in 15 sec the lateral raise x 8
alternate
Max pushup in 15 sec and bent lateral x 8

10 min AMRAP:
20 side MB slams
5 hanging knee up
5 manmaker row per side
20m bodyweight sled push
