Your opinions on using a slide board?
« on: July 14, 2006, 10:56:10 AM »
Okay-- well it's really hot here and so lots of running outside is getting tougher unless I train way early--. Even then, I am toasted soon.

I have access to a slide board and thought about using it to improve my balance, leg strength, and lateral motion.  Has anyone used that equipment for legs---what say ye? ;)

If you're motivated to use it, and excellent cardio and muscle workout of most of the body, especially from the waist down. Low-impact.

Bluto can always be trusted for mindless banter. The board's excellent and Bluto the dummie does nothing but attack about something else he doesn't know about.

It's time for Bluto to add something useful to the thread, or STFU.  ;D
