not much today, I did a 3 mile half fast walk half jog with Gazoo. 2 months ago I couldnt go a block without puffing now I can peel off 3 mile jogs and be fresh as a daisy at the end. Also gonna do 300 crunches/leg raises for core strength

Assault Bike 2 minutes
right to
Bicep Curls 15 reps
back to A Bike  2 minutes
right to
tricep pushdowns 20 reps
back to A Bike 2 minutes
right to box jumps (12)/heavy bag 1 minute after 20 minutes

I switched from box jumps to 1 minute heavy bag after 20 minutes

im in a 0 degree celcius garage gym no heater in gym part and I was pouring sweat--great fuking workout

wanted to do more but was on verge of vomitorium/heart attack/shitting pants pooped out

15 minutes of 10 second sprint/30 seconds rest of ALL OUT TO THE DEATH SPRINTS--had to break for a minute at 10 minutes cause dying

lat pulldowns immediately into bicep curls immediately into 1 minute heavy bag
only did this 3 sets as just pooped out--low energy day

gonna do a ton of foam rolling now
