Title: Right shoulder rolled a bit forward.
Post by: traininsane! on October 09, 2015, 06:45:42 PM
So for years I been dealing with this injury. I just had surgery on the shoulder. Doc said was minor, nothing really torn just a scrap job on the slap. But here's the kicker, for years that injured side over time has rolled a bit forward, imbalanced and even bicep has been affected. If I do a double bicep shot, you can see the problem from the back, as the shoulder/trap/bicep is a bit rolled and not right. Doing physical therapy on the shoulder/bicep, just hope this all heals correctly and back 100% normal. Has anybody heard or experienced something like this? I explain this to doctors and they look clueless.

I would try to work on your t spine - make sure it's not restricted

Check to see if your scalines on your neck are not overly tight

Soft tissue work on sub clavius and your pecs

Soft tissue work on your biceps and triceps

Upper trap mobilizations

Improve Internal rotation on that shoulder

Pm me if u want :)
