Trump has a long history of nonsense lawsuits (remember when he sued Bill Maher and Tim O'Brien just to name two)

he's just trying to create a distraction from the indictments against his company and CFO last week

also, like most things he does...He will LOSE (and hopefully it will cost him a lot of money) and the defense will force him to sit for a deposition.

Not the point, Karl. Do you understand what a class action is? He’s not just going after the corporations but the individuals themselves. We know you’re with them in trying to infringe on both the first and second amendments

That's NOT following a moral principle, it's having one set of rules for them and different set of rules for me.

FYI< a private company like FB or Twitter is NOT bound by the same 1st amendment laws as a GOV agency.

Conclusion - This won't make it very far in an actual court of law . It's another fund raiser scam .
