I skipped it as I had to drive the next day for a overnight for my nephews bday.
Saturday nigh I had a few glasses of E.H. Taylor small batch....yum,yum.

Nice - yeah, lunch was bad - it ended up going 12-6, I fell asleep at 7.  Woke up at 11 all messed up.....took a full two days to get back to normal.

Maybe.

Probably reached the point where 9 or so pints of 8%-12% beer is not the best move.

Deadlifts the next day were wonderful.

9 mile - 45lb weighted ruck yesterday as well.
