BODYBUILDING...THE GREAT CONTRADICTORY SPORT.

GOODMORROW,

TOPIC: Hunter LaBrada blending his food.

It seems opioid abuser/steroid user Nick Trigilli has an issue of Hunter Labrada blending his food...too many shakes he says.

So does a fully intact chicken breast have more protein than a blended one?

What's next, a raw chicken breast is better at building muscle than a cooked one?

1990 WAS THE YEAR OF THE BABY BODYBUILDER!!!!

Anyone remember back in the early 1990's when bodybuilders were eating baby food? They believed that baby food was superior because it had no added sugars, preservatives and was easily digestible.

Then, because babies grow so fast and eat throughout the day, bodybuilders started eating 6 to 8 meals throughout the day.

Then, because a mother's breast milk contains a superior protein called colostrum, lets market a powder to bodybuilders with colostrum.

Apparently, Nick Trigilli was too young to see the amazing transformations of Jeff Everson, Milos Sarcev and David Dearth while using the shake MetRx.

Yeah...Hunter LaBrada's problem is too many shakes...has nothing to do with quality of drugs, dosages' and laziness in the gym.

Good point. Some current bodybuilders with extra lat muscles also drive their heart rates up higher like babies' elevated heart rates. It happens because they are growing so fast.
