I think I've done enough on this site to deserve it. I'm expert at many things and many come to me for advices of all sorts. Obviously not at spelling or speaking without a frenchish and germanish accent. However I do have a lot to offer in many bodybuilding related competencies. I'm also competing this year (this time it's true, no way back, will be speedoing and oiling myself in and out) so why not cut to the chase and give me some recognition already.
We've also met multiple times and you even kicked my ass at your silly game, hurt my feelings and made me look like a tool in front of many sample distributing fitness "models". I was never the same after. I think this would be a good opportunity to recognize yet another legend-like getbigger and spur interest.

Thanks webcke & Haider. Ron & I were talking last year about losing weight. I'm obviously not qualified in that matter but have been triming down a lot lately.
Still very large and enjoy myself without going crazy like avoiding brushing my teeth as toothpaste contains "sugar" or carrying my 40lb cooler to work.
Still, I'm losing fat faster than "guys" who are keto 27hrs a day while popping Clen every 3hrs... go figure.

I think it's obvious this place is entertainment-based with a dash of bodybuilding. In no way this is the place to get your "information" the latest "supplements" or if cambered bar is better for your vastius medialis....
I try my best to produce content to keep people interested and entertained.. kinda like a hobby...

tboonz pointed it out to us. Brushing his teeth takes him off "keto"... his own words. As an "Expert" I can testify that this is not true. I can also suggest "not" to swallow but it could just be an old habbit he developed doing other things.

That sucks, really, lady at the gym just lost a friend of hers, caught the flu and let it go to her lungs before going to the doctor, her funeral is tomorrow. :(

im drinking this piece of shit "tea" which contains 650mg of aspirin, 10mg ephedrine, and some other shit, lemon flavor, it sux so much and you gotta drink it very hot, i have no supply of eca, my nose is blocked, and i feel like shit lol. I dont think i will die though, god dont want me in heaven, he told me at our last workout!

I was playing street fighter iv lol and i heard this scream "god dammit....president of chile please come here i need help" so i was like "shut up im playing"..10 mins later she appeared, didnt look good but not bad either, complaining , full of pain, so i was like "wtf i dont see anything"...she insisted it was hurting a lot, so i used one of these caloric creams? and it seemed to work, the next day again she was feeling pretty bad, did the same. The 3rd day i knew something was wrong and went to the clinic, and surprise, one broken rib, and worst is the doctor said theres nothing to do besides just wait a week or so until the pain is gone, then a month so she can recover, but sure, we will recover no doubt , thanks for that man :)
