Hurt my shoulder on seated press

Just wanted to get some opions about my shoulder. I was shoulder pressing last night and was going to faliure. I over did it and when I lowered the dumbbell my shoulder gave out and I dropped it (at the bottom part of a shoulder press/height). The DB twisted back and my wrist got caught but like I said I dropped it. 
I grabbed my shoulder and my arm was tight like a charlie horse and would not move. After a min or two it eased up and I could move it. Put ice on it and called it a night.  I can move it but it is sore where the delt meets the bicep, hope that makes sence. I can still use that arm but it is sore.
Is this a major injury or could I get by with just icing it.
Any suggestions would be apreciated.      :

Give it a few days rest, if it dosent improve see a dockter
