Hello All,
My little brother wants to try Anavar with Creatine.
He want to be fuller and more lean
I told him this combo is bullshit but he said he read positive reviews about it.
What is your humble opinion?

My first "cycle" was 20mg of Var for 6 weeks.
True story.
Not going to gain much out of it, but not going to hurt himself either.
Var doesn't make you lean.
With the creatine he should look full.
If he's already 12% BF or lower he will look "harder" but i would not expect much at all.

My little brother weight is approx 220LBS.
Hij thinks about Creatine and 20 mg Anavar per day.

It's a waste of time unless he just wants to look a little fuller for a few weeks.
A few weeks after stopping the Var he will right back where he was.
I know guys who will take Var or Tbol for a few weeks while they go on a beach vacation or something. Not really hurting them to do this, but it's not gaining anything either.

Little strange because both have an opposite effect on the body. VAR will make you "leaner" and Creatin more "fuller"
That is what i always thought.
Am i right?

You're right, the dude above you must took bunk anavar.
I used only 20mg a day for 5 weeks and it got me really lean. I just couldn't take the pumps from it.
which lab did you use :D
