Just think it feels good. I don't like road running very much, so anything that distracts from it helps - trails, rocks, rain, hills, etc...
Agreed...I always psych myself up to go running outside, but then I think of those things you listed and I wind up on the treadmill at Planet Fitness next to old men and fat chicks
where you live they see you running - 9/10 its cause you just robbed a corner bodega
you've probably never been inside a bodega, you're so scared
Just an FYI - I advised Grape to do a Light and a Challenge first before doing HEAVY. He has balls of steel to go straight for this. Heavy is a 24+ hour kick in the balls over and over and over.
Balls of Steel or sheer stupidity?
Yes - thechive.com is a great site. Some of those obstacles are nuts.
where would shizzos oblong body rank amongst hardest of obstacles?
13 mile ruck @ 3 hr 25 min. 44 pound pack.
I carried a 35 pack of water and a bag of flour from the garage to the house and was exhausted. I dont know how you guys do these runs, crazy fitness shape.
Been working up to it gradually. Started with 2 miles, etc...and kept increasing. Traps are sore and my busted shoulder really hurts, but that could have been from last night's dips and shit.
your nuts.....but props to you
Everyone can benefit by changing up the training from time to time. For many people - just doing typical BB workout gets boring after years of that nonsense,.
I have to figure out this boot thing. Salomon's aren't likely going to work.
Try running sneaks
Everyone says they don't offer enough ankle support for the ruck.
