4 Things You Should Do Before Every Workout
WE have a natural tendency to want to start right into a workout.

But failing to take the correct steps before each training session can impair your results, if not cause injury and long-term ailments.

A well planned start and warm up would be very effective workout, CRB Tech Reviews write here four quick steps to keep in mind.

#1: Eat half an hour before Training
If your workout takes place in the morning, try a small green smoothie beforehand.

Many people go to the gym without proper fueling for their workouts.

warm up

Whether you do workout the first thing in the morning, you are often misguided with the notion that training on an empty stomach burns more fat, and that is incorrect.

If you train just after waking up chances are you’ve gone as long as 12 hours without eating. Your body is starved and hence unlikely to perform its best.

A pre-workout meal will provide you the required energy and stamina.

If your workout takes place just minutes after waking up, why not try a workout shooter? Mix a scoop of whey protein with a glass of watered orange juice to break your fast and provide the nutrients needed for your morning training.

#2: Use a Foam Roller 10-15 Minutes Before Training
After just 10 minutes on a foam roller you will feel more active and be able to perform your workout more efficiently.

There’s a reason many pro athletes have deep tissue specialists working on them before games and practices. Such treatment improves muscle quality, breaks up knots in tissue and increases mobility.

exercise

#3: Do Dynamic Mobility Work 10 Minutes Before Training
Static stretching is no wrong. But just as a warm rubber band stretches more easily than a cold one, save static stretching for after the workout.

Prior to training, focus on dynamic mobility, full body movements where the stretch is held for only one to two seconds in each position. Researches are showing that those who engaged in dynamic warm-ups enjoy more long-term gains in mobility and flexibility, along with strength compared to others.

#4: Do a Workout-Specific Warm-Up before the start of Training
Performing warm-up sets at 40 to 70 percent of your one-rep maximum for each of the major lifts you plan to do is an effective way to prevent injury and improve performance during your “work” sets.

So hope this finds you in good tone.

Some new reviews

M1 by TLM-its the strongest I've ever had-when I open the lid and the dust moves in the air if I breathe it in I choke-horribly horribly strong-I have a super high stim tolerance but I can't even do the full micro scoop
Great focus and energy but if u take on an empty stomach or light stomach I get a blood sugar crash
It kicks in very very fast
Tastes very very clean and delicious
The bubble gum flavor tastes great

Strongest I've ever tried in my life!!

1. Eating a good meal 1 hour before the workout. 60c 30P <10f
2. 14g BCAA
3. 5g Arginine
4 If you are still tired, 200mg caffeine.

Works better than Hyde in my opinion and is far cheaper.

Just tried Chaos and Pain new preworkout Riot-Unicorn Blood flavor.

Really love this stuff

Gave me really really strong focus and very smooth clean energy. Makes me move fast.Pumps were very good on it-If I remember correctly there's glycerol in it. 1 scoop has around 300 caffeine and I did 1.5 scoops.

Taste is OK-Unicorn Blood is a gummy bear flavor-has a slight chemical taste to it.

It mixes OK-It's a dark brown color and there is foam on top. The powder is clumpy and not fine powder.

Tried Steel Supplements Amped AF

Holy crap I've never had a pre workout like this in my life

I am not exaggerating when I say it made me work out for 3 hours-and I felt like I could do more

Made me get higher reps, heavier weight, unreal focus, best pump I've had in a while, and I was wired and in a euphoric mood for hours after.

I had the tropical flavor

Great taste
Mixed great
Kinda expensive at around 50 dollars

10/10

Unreal incredible stuff

Tried a sample of Steel Supplements  Pumped AF along with the Amped AF-I've never felt such an incredible pump in my life-it was painful-I was able to go much much heavier and more reps-I ordered a bottle of it and also one of their other pump powders

Also picked up the new flavor of Centurian Labz God of Rage-Candy Cane flavor-will be trying Monday

I was interested in God of Rage and/or God of War.  Let us know when you try it please.
ive tried all the centurian labz pre workouts-I love them-and they fill the tubs to the top.

Rage candy cane flavor is the newest flavor I've tried-it has a crisp clean peppermint taste and mixes very easily-I absolutely love this pre workout-I do 2 scoops and takes about 20 mins to kick in-I get real great focus and a very nice euphoric feeling-makes me sweat a lot too-I recommend taking it 1-2 days in a row, then taking a break from it-I've found it kicks in strong when I do that
The Rage key lime flavor is my second fav, and the blue slushy is my third favorite flavor-no crash either.

God of War Red is my second favorite pre workout from them-I get more of a euphoric feeling from this than the Rage-and this gets me great focus and makes me sweat-it is definitely on the strong side, but it as strong as Rage. I love the apple flavor-very crisp and refreshing

God of War Black is ok -it's more nootropic then the other 2-to be honest this one works for me sometimes, other times it's just ok. I have the key lime flavor-I prefer the red.

Right now my list is

1-Steel Supplements-Amped AF or Charged AF-this is the best pre workout I've ever had-i will work out for 3 hours on this and want to keep going-it's incredible-strength increases, more reps, unreal focus, amazing euphoric feeling for hours after-it is pricey though-

2-Rage by Centurian Labz-amazing taste, very clean energy, focus. Puts you in the zone and no crash-my mood is elevated hours after-blunts hunger too

3-Geeked by Anabolik Kreations-puts you in another world-extreme tunnel vision and never ending energy-you can take 3 or more scoops according to the can-The first time I tried this one I felt like I was floating off the floor-i have a feeling some serious things were mixed in this-I cannot find info on the company or find this anywhere

4-Limitless by Innova Pharma-great focus, great euphoria, smooth energy-cotton candy tastes great.

5-Cannibal Ferox by Chaos and Pain-very very strong -Extreme energy, great focus, very clean and smooth energy-kicks in very gradually and even though it's stim heavy-no crash
