Sleep aid/pre-workout interactions.
« on: January 29, 2020, 05:29:07 AM »
So for the last few nights I haven't taken the OTC sleep aid that I usually do, and I notice that the pre-workout that I take when I wake up doesn't cause temper issues like it sometimes does. Could they have been interacting somehow?

I did a search for Benadryl side effects and it looks like moodiness is one of them. Guess I'd better stick to Kava kava if I'm feeling stressed out at bedtime.

Diphenhydramine sometimes helps me fall asleep, but I usually don't wake up feeling well.

I never knew that moodiness was a side effect, but it makes sense.

A cheap, simple combo of Zinc/Magnesium/Melatonin works very well.
